Cold Brew
Smooth, low in bitterness and made the night before.

- 1 : 8 concentrate (e.g. 100 g coffee to 800 ml water)

- Cold or room-temperature water

- 12 – 18 hours

- Medium or Dark Roast
You will need
- French Press or large jar
- Coarse-ground NĀWA coffee
- Cold water
- Filter or sieve
Method

Add 100 g of coarse-ground coffee to a French press or jar.

Pour in 800 ml of cold water and stir so all the grounds are wet.

Cover and leave in the fridge for 12–18 hours.

Press the plunger, or strain through a filter.
- 5
Dilute the concentrate 1 : 1 with water or milk and serve over ice.
Tip
The concentrate keeps in a sealed bottle in the fridge for up to a week.
