FAQ
Frequently asked questions
Where is NĀWA coffee from?
NĀWA's current single-origin coffee comes from the hills of Palpa & Gulmi, Nepal, grown at 600–1,600 m.
Is NĀWA coffee roasted?
Yes. We offer four roasted coffees, each with its own roast profile: Light, Medium, Medium-Dark (Espresso) and Dark.
Do you sell green coffee?
Yes. NĀWA Green Coffee is made from unroasted Himalayan coffee beans and comes in tea bags — just steep one in hot water. Available in 200 g packs.
What sizes are available?
Roasted coffee comes in 250 g and 500 g. 1 kg packs are available for bulk orders only, with a minimum of 5 kg. Green coffee tea bags come in 200 g packs.
Can I choose the grind?
Yes. Every roast comes as whole beans or ground. Ground options are Coarse (French Press), Medium (pour-over / reusable filter), Medium-Fine, and Fine / Espresso.
What is the difference between Washed and Honey processing?
Both describe how the coffee cherry is removed from the bean after harvest. Washed coffee has all the fruit removed before drying, giving a clean, bright cup. Honey-processed coffee is dried with some of the sticky fruit still on the bean, adding sweetness and body. You can choose either on every roast.
How should I store coffee?
Store coffee in an airtight container away from heat, moisture, light and strong odors.
How long does delivery take?
Usually 1–2 days, delivered by Nepal Can Move (NCM).
