Shipping & Delivery Policy

NĀWA Himalayan Coffee delivers coffee and selected brewing products to customers all over Nepal through available delivery and logistics partners. International shipping is available for bulk orders only.

1. Order Processing

Orders are generally processed after payment or order confirmation.

Processing time may vary depending on product availability, order volume, weekends, public holidays, and other operational circumstances.

2. Delivery Time

Estimated delivery time depends on the destination and courier service. Most orders arrive within 1–2 days.

Urban areas may generally receive orders faster than remote locations. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by weather, road conditions, transportation disruptions, public holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

3. Delivery Charges

Delivery inside the Kathmandu Valley is Rs. 120. Delivery outside the Valley depends on distance.

Delivery charges may vary depending on destination, order size, delivery partner, and applicable promotions. Any applicable delivery charge will be communicated during checkout or before order confirmation.

4. Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address and contact number.

If an order cannot be delivered because incorrect or incomplete information was provided, additional delivery charges may apply.

5. Delayed Deliveries

If an order is delayed, customers may contact NĀWA using the contact details provided on our website.

Delivery delays caused by third-party courier services or circumstances beyond NĀWA's reasonable control do not automatically qualify for a refund.

6. Damaged Packages

Customers should inspect the package upon delivery.

If a package appears significantly damaged, customers should photograph the package and contact NĀWA as soon as reasonably possible.

7. Delivery Confirmation

An order may be considered delivered once confirmed by the courier or delivery service at the address provided by the customer.

8. International Shipping

We ship worldwide for bulk orders only. Please contact us through our Wholesale page for international orders.
