Cancellation Policy

Customers may request cancellation of an order by contacting NĀWA as soon as possible after placing the order.

1. Before Dispatch

If an order has not yet been processed or dispatched, NĀWA will make reasonable efforts to accommodate a cancellation request.

2. After Dispatch

Once an order has been dispatched to the customer, cancellation may no longer be possible. In such circumstances, the customer may need to receive the order and follow our Return & Refund Policy where applicable.

3. Refunds

If a cancellation is approved and payment has already been made, any applicable refund will be processed through the relevant payment method.

Processing times may depend on the payment provider or financial institution.
