Our Coffee

Grown in the hills of western Nepal.

One origin, four roast profiles, two processing methods — all from Himalayan-grown Arabica.

The Origin

Palpa & Gulmi, Nepal

Our current single-origin coffee comes from the hill districts of Palpa and Gulmi in western Nepal. Here, coffee grows on terraced slopes between 600 and 1,600 metres, among forests, farms and small villages.

The altitude brings cool nights and warm days, giving the cherries time to ripen slowly — building the sweetness and character that make Nepali coffee special.

Processing

Washed or Honey — you choose.

After harvest, the fruit of the coffee cherry has to be removed from the bean. How that's done shapes the flavour in your cup.

Washed

Clean & bright

The fruit is fully removed and the beans are washed before drying. The result is a clean, clear cup where the origin's brightness and delicate notes shine.

Honey

Sweet & rounded

Some of the sticky fruit — the "honey" — is left on the bean as it dries. This adds natural sweetness and a fuller, rounder body.

The Roast

Roasted in controlled batches

Our carefully selected Himalayan Arabica beans are expertly roasted in controlled batches to bring out their natural aroma, sweetness, and balanced character. Each roast is carefully developed to preserve the unique qualities of the beans while delivering a smooth, flavorful and aromatic cup.
