  • Medium-ground NĀWA coffee
  • Kettle (gooseneck if you have one)
  • Scale
  • Timer

Method

  1. 1

Rinse the paper filter with hot water to remove papery taste and warm the dripper. Discard the water.

  2. 2

Add 15 g of medium-ground coffee and level the bed.

  3. 3

Pour about 40 ml of water to bloom. Wait 30–40 seconds.

  4. 4

Pour the rest slowly in gentle circles, keeping the water level steady, until you reach 250 ml.

  5. 5

Let it drain completely. Total time should be around 3 minutes.

Tip

Draining too fast and tasting sour? Grind finer. Too slow and bitter? Grind coarser.
