  • NĀWA Reusable Filter
  • Medium-ground NĀWA coffee
  • Mug or carafe
  • Kettle
  • Timer

Method

  1. 1

Place the reusable filter over your mug or carafe.

  2. 2

Add 15 g of medium or medium-fine ground coffee.

  3. 3

Pour a little hot water to wet the grounds and let them bloom for 30 seconds.

  4. 4

Pour the remaining water slowly in circles up to 250 ml.

  5. 5

Let it drain fully, then remove the filter.

  6. 6

Empty the grounds and rinse the filter with warm water straight after use.

Tip

A reusable filter lets more natural oils through than paper, so expect a slightly fuller body.
