What is Single-Origin Coffee?

Why coffee from one place tastes like somewhere — and why we build our brand around it.

A deep green valley in Palpa

A single-origin coffee comes from one specific place, rather than being a blend of beans from many countries or regions.

Why it matters

Coffee is an agricultural product. Soil, altitude, rainfall, and the way the cherries are processed all shape how it tastes. Keeping an origin on its own lets those characteristics come through clearly.

One Origin. One Story.

At NĀWA, our coffee comes from the hills of Palpa & Gulmi in Nepal. Every roast we offer — from light to dark — tells the story of the same place, just from a different angle.
